"Slimnastic Provides Fitness and Dance Classes. Our Fitness Regime includes Zumba, Aerobics and Full Body Workout. We have divided the exercises for each day of the week, which includes Core Area Day focusing on the Mid Section of the Body, We have Leg Day focusing on toning the legs and we have Chest and Arm Day, focusing on reducing the extra fats from the Upper Body. We also have a Certified Nutritionist. And Intrested Members can Consult with the Nutritionist for a better Health Experience. Our Dance Classes are for all age groups and we enlighten with Bollywood, Hip Hop and Free Style Dance forms so far. Slimnastic can also be booked for events and Dance Practices.
