His ideas and his suggestions and his lifestyle advice is always practical and easy to understand. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of martial arts including Muay thai , Muay Boran , Sanatan Shastra Vidhya , Kalayaripattu and many more. He is a very positive and influential role model to have in life as a mentor and a guide to not only physical fitness but also mental fortitude and resilience building. His teachings are simple , he focuses on the foundation building in training and makes sure that he is focusing on every individual student during his classes and gives them personalised feedback. 10/10 teacher 10/10 teaching.
