I trained here for just a month and it was a genuinely great experience. The coach is experienced and patient with new students, so you never feel lost or out of place. I really like how everyone is friendly from day one. The seniors and other students made me feel welcome. As a girl I also felt completely safe training here, the environment is respectful support and focused on learning would definitely recommend to anyone who is nervous about starting mma
