Just ok for average fitness workout, doesn't offer many option as far free weight training or specialise workout machines are concerned. Place is well ventilated and kept clean. I think this gym is a decent option for locals. If you are middle aged, with a paunch, flagging stamina and want to get a grip on your body, this is the place. The equipment is basic, staff are courteous and the other patrons are non judgmental about your appearance or your activities.
