All participants should do any 7 yogasana poses and follow the step by step procedure given below.

1.Please register yourself on townscript.com and generate your ticket.

2. After that SIGNUP AND LOGIN yourself on our website www.championathletesclub.com

3. Activate your particular challenge from {My profile >My event> Marathon/ Cyclothon. >INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2024 #ALL INDIA ONLINE SEVEN YOGASANA CHALLENGE.} & submitting screenshot of your registration ticket.

4. Submit your IMAGE OF 7 YOGASANA COLLAGE PHOTO IN {My profile > My activities >Submit Activity.} and complete your event.

5.After submitting your registration ticket you can download Flyer and after completing your challenge you can download your e-certificate.
