"At G Yogshala we offer well-designed systematic series of asana beginning with joint mobility and strength training sessions. This is keeping in view with the fact that strength and flexibility aids yogasana practice, making it easier for the practitioner to create and hold postures. These preliminary training sessions are indispensible, for they explain the basics and set the foundation for the further practice. Once basics are mastered, then begins the core practice of yogasanas in different stages of progression. It is not a fixed set of yogasanas but a dynamic combination of yogasanas to stretch and expand the limits of practitioners. And as scriptures say, this practice for everyone!
