"We teach 26 postures with 2 breathing exercise. In our studio where we maintain a temperature of 41° (degrees) Centigrade which helps the yogis medically as well as strengthens them in acquiring perfect Balance, Fitness and Flexibility. We also have Ashtanga Classes which is with and without heat, on various days of the week. Our Teachers are all Certified as well as great practitioners. Well versed with guiding our practitioners with their anatomy as well nutrition problems."
