About Me

I initially practised Hatha yoga, then Iyengar yoga, and in 2018 I finished a Vyasa (YIC) yoga instructor training programme in Bangalore. After that, I started practising ashtanga yoga (mysore style). After I joined SYASA in 2018, began to practise, completed my TTC, and was offered the opportunity to teach in the same yoga centre for a group of students who had a range of medical needs, both physical and mental, there was no going back in my career as a yoga trainer.
