About Me

I started my Yoga journey in 2017. Little did I know then, that what started as a way to purely enhance my health and wellbeing would soon turn into a passion to share it with others. In 2022, I decided to undergo the 21-week Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program at Isha Yoga Center, thus receiving over 1750 hours of formal training.
